Why does my return say £0 refundUpdated 3 months ago

The refund value will say £0 when the item you are returning was already exchanged. We only take payment once, on the first order, so when an exchange is made, the new order is created at £0. If this order is subsequently returned for a refund, the refund is processed against the original order, where the payment details were captured.

Once we receive your return we will arrange the refund of the first order.
