TO ENSURE PEACE OF MIND FOR CUSTOMERS ORDERING ITEMS AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS, WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR RETURNS DEADLINE FOR THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD - Orders Placed between November 10th and December 20th, 2024 will benefit from our extended Christmas returns period and can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 12th (or up to 28 days if longer). Orders placed after this date will be subject to our usual 28-day returns policy.
For UK orders, you have 28 days from receipt of the goods to return them. For international orders, you have 28 days from receipt of the goods to despatch them back to us (goods marked "in transit"). Items must be returned as new (please try shoes on carpeted floors) and in the original packaging.
UK Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and free exchanges* for UK customers. Exchanges can be arranged through our returns portal. When initiating your return, you can opt to receive a printable label or a QR code, if you do not have a printer, which you can take to a Post Office where they will print a label for you.
Please ensure any old labels are removed from the parcel to prevent old labels being rescanned and parcels being returned to the sender.
Returning already exchanged items
If you wish to return an item that is already exchanged you will not be able to request a further exchange; you can only request a refund. Please note, where an exchanged item is returned, if the value states £0 in the portal, this is not the amount that will be refunded. This simply reflects the fact that the exchange was made at £0 extra cost. Refunds are raised against the original order, the value of the refund will reflect this price, and the refund will be paid back to your original payment method.

Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we aim to process the return within 1-2 working days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account. We have no control over this timing.
