Once an order is placed, if you have a code you forgot to use, it can only applied it via a refund. We are happy to do this but to avoid multiple refunds (should you need to return any products) we prefer if you receive the products first. If you are happy with your item(s) just drop us an email and we will apply any discounts retrospectively, via a refund.

Please note, first-order discounts are only valid on full-price items. Whilst they can only be used once, they don't have to be used on your first order so you can always save the discount for a future purchase.
