We accept returns for unworn products (please try shoes on carpeted floors) provided they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email (or a QR code if you do not have a printer). All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. UK returns are only free if you use our returns portal.

You can expect your return to be processed, and refunds and exchanges made within 2 working days or receipt. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
