We offer refunds on all of our products (including sale items). We also offer one free UK exchange for each order placed. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, in their original condition (please try shoes on carpeted floors to avoid marking the soles), with all packaging intact.
