Your loyalty points are applied as a code entered at the checkout. To access your loyalty points you need to be registered for our programme. To find out more about the programme, and register your account, please click this link https://sargassoandgrey.com/pages/rewards-program-page

If you are already registered and wish to log in and access your points, please click here https://sargassoandgrey.com/account/login

Please note if you are trying to reset your password and are not having any success it might be that you haven't yet activated your account (even if you are receiving notifications that you have credit to spend). Try registering for your account using your email address. Create a password and then your account will be live and you will see any points already credited against your email address from previous orders.
